misrepresentation leads to misunderstanding which ultimately results in disasters this could be the example in the financial statements of the company which leads to the fraud,
well the misrepresentation could be of two types

• deliberate manipulation of the data
• manipulation of the data unintentionally

the first point would lead to perfect fraud well the second point is a mistake,
let it be what it was! coming to our daily life people surrounding us are wearing masks on their faces hiding their intentions and waiting for time where they could just get a chance.
a chance where they could grab you and make your love ones against you.
well this was deliberate manipulation of facts or data, a manipulation which is made intentionally. these people are wolfs in sheep's skin, ready to stab your back with a blunt knife.
